What owners ask us
Can I still use my own apartment?
Yes. You block your dates in advance from the owner portal or by WhatsApp, and we prepare the unit for your arrival like any five-star turnover.
How do I know the cleaning actually happened?
Every turnover follows a written checklist with before-and-after photos uploaded by the cleaning team and reviewed by a coordinator before approval. You see the photos in your portal.
Who controls my keys?
Keys are tagged and tracked in a key log: every delivery, checkout and return is recorded with the holder's name and the time. Nothing moves without a record.
What about the RNT and building rules?
Short-term rentals in Colombia involve the National Tourism Registry (RNT) and your building's own authorizations. We track and document the process per unit — filings, renewals and building paperwork — so the current status is always visible in your file. We organize and follow the trail; we don't provide legal advice.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly. You receive a statement itemizing every booking, fee and cost, and the net amount is transferred to the account in your contract. Payout status is visible in your portal.
What if a guest damages something?
Inventory is checked on every turnover, and damage is photographed and reported the same day. We manage the deposit or platform claim with that documentation, and you see the full file in your portal.
