Frequently asked questions
How much does management cost?
We work on a commission over the rental revenue we generate for you, agreed in your contract before we start — typically around 20%. If your unit doesn't earn, we don't charge.
What exactly is included?
Listing and pricing, 24/7 guest communication, professional cleaning with photo proof, maintenance coordination, key and inventory control, compliance tracking, and a monthly owner report with your payout.
Who handles the RNT and building permissions?
We do, together with you. The National Tourism Registry (RNT) and your building's authorizations are tracked per unit in our system, and you can see their status at any time.
How and when do I get paid?
Monthly. You receive a statement detailing revenue, fees and expenses, and your net payout is transferred to the bank account you register with us.
How does check-in work for guests?
After booking you receive clear instructions by WhatsApp. Our team coordinates building access and keys so arrival takes minutes, not phone calls.
Do guests pay a security deposit?
Some suites require a refundable deposit. It is always shown before you confirm and released after the checkout inspection.
